What manufacturing services does BatchMach Precision offer?
BatchMach Precision provides CNC milling, turning, mill-turn, and 5-axis machining for custom metal and plastic parts, alongside die casting, sheet metal fabrication, and surface finishing. We support projects from individual prototypes to repeat production.
Does BatchMach Precision own its factories?
Yes. BatchMach Precision owns two ISO-certified CNC factories in Beijing and Dongguan, China, supported by an extensive manufacturing network. From complex precision components to large structural parts, we bring together machining equipment, engineering expertise, and complementary processes to develop a practical manufacturing solution around your drawings. You work directly with our team for technical review, production coordination, and quality requirements.
Can your engineers help with complex, high-precision parts?
Yes. Our engineers review critical tolerances, material requirements, tool access, and workholding, providing practical DFM feedback before production. DMG MORI and Mazak machining equipment, supported by ZEISS and Hexagon CMMs, helps us address demanding manufacturing requirements and support your product validation.
What materials can you machine?
We machine aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, bronze, titanium, and engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK, nylon, PTFE, and polycarbonate. Specify your required grade and material condition so we can assess availability and machining requirements.
What machining tolerances can you achieve?
Tolerances down to ±0.005 mm are achievable on suitable features. Capability depends on material, geometry, part size, and inspection requirements. Mark critical dimensions and GD&T on your drawings so we can confirm feasibility during quotation.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for CNC machining. You can order a single prototype, a small batch for testing, or repeat production quantities. Our team can review workholding and process options as your order volume grows.
How quickly can you manufacture custom parts?
CNC machining lead times can start at 1 day for suitable projects. Actual schedules depend on material availability, part complexity, quantity, finishing, and inspection requirements. Share your target delivery date so we can assess a practical production plan.
How do you inspect finished parts?
Inspection is planned around your drawings and agreed requirements, using equipment including ZEISS and Hexagon CMMs. Dimensional reports, first article inspection reports, and material certificates can be arranged according to the project scope. Please specify documentation needs when requesting a quote.
Can you supply parts with surface finishing?
Yes. BatchMach Precision coordinates machining and finishing, with options including anodizing, bead blasting, polishing, plating, and powder coating, subject to material and application suitability. We review coating thickness, masking areas, cosmetic surfaces, and critical fits before production.
What should I provide to receive a quote?
Send your 3D CAD files, dimensioned drawings, material grade, quantities, and finishing requirements. Include critical tolerances, inspection documentation, and your target delivery date. Our team will review the manufacturing requirements and prepare a project-specific quotation.
