Two Factories. One Manufacturing Partner.

About BatchMach Precision

Family-owned manufacturing. Practical engineering. A global reach.

Two Brothers. Two Factories. A Global Reach.

BatchMach Precision’s story begins with two brothers—one building a CNC manufacturing business in Beijing, the other in Dongguan. Initially serving customers across northern and southern China, the two factories now bring their machining experience to engineering teams, equipment manufacturers, and product developers worldwide. We own both ISO-certified CNC factories, combining CNC milling, turning, and 5-axis machining to support one-off prototypes, production batches, and repeat orders. Through our manufacturing network, we also coordinate additional processes, surface finishing, and inspection to meet your drawing and delivery requirements.

Two Brothers. Two Factories. A New Chapter.

Our story began in 2009, when David Chow’s older brother, a mechanical engineer, founded a machining factory in Beijing. Through years of hands-on manufacturing, he strengthened the factory’s technical capabilities and built a reputation for quality workmanship.

In 2014, David Chow established a second factory in Dongguan, drawing on the manufacturing experience and reputation his brother had built. One factory served northern China, while the other served the south. Both grew through practical engineering knowledge, careful workmanship, and lasting customer relationships.

The next chapter began when David Chow’s son, Ben, returned from the United Kingdom. Bringing the two family-owned factories together under BatchMach Precision, he set out to connect their manufacturing capabilities with customers worldwide. Today, we support engineering teams, equipment manufacturers, and product developers from initial prototypes through repeat production.

Our Journey

From our first factory in Beijing in 2009 to the launch of BatchMach Precision, our journey brings together two generations, two factories, and years of manufacturing experience to serve customers worldwide.

  1. 2009

David Chow’s older brother, a mechanical engineer, founded our first factory in Beijing. Through hands-on manufacturing, the factory built its technical expertise and earned a reputation for quality workmanship.

  2. 2014

Building on his brother’s manufacturing experience and reputation, David Chow established a second factory in Dongguan. With locations in northern and southern China, the two brothers developed lasting relationships with customers across both markets.

  3. 2017

Our Beijing factory expanded to over 80 machines, increasing machining capacity for prototype and production orders.

  4. 2019

Our Dongguan factory expanded to over 200 machines, strengthening our milling, turning, 5-axis, and mill-turn machining capabilities.

  5. 2023

David Chow’s son, Ben, returned from the United Kingdom and began developing the international business. He established BatchMach Precision to bring the two family-owned factories’ manufacturing capabilities to customers worldwide.

  6. 2026

We continue to invest in our people, equipment, and manufacturing capabilities, building stronger partnerships with customers worldwide.

Inside Our CNC Manufacturing Facilities

BatchMach Precision owns two ISO-certified CNC factories in Beijing and Dongguan, with over 80 and 200 machines respectively. Our facilities use DMG MORI and Mazak equipment for milling, turning, 5-axis, and mill-turn machining. Both factories have CMM inspection equipment to verify dimensions against your drawings. From individual prototypes to repeat production, we plan machining and inspection around your materials, critical dimensions, and delivery requirements.

Our People & Culture

At BatchMach Precision, we value a friendly, supportive workplace where people respect one another and feel part of the team. Shared meals, team activities, and time together outside work help us build closer relationships. As our business grows, we want our people to grow with it.

Quality Built Around Your Part

At BatchMach Precision, quality starts with understanding your drawing. Our two ISO-certified CNC factories in Beijing and Dongguan combine machining experience with dimensional inspection to support your requirements, from the first prototype to repeat production.

01

Your Drawing Comes First

We review dimensions, datums, tolerances, and surface requirements together before machining. Features that affect fit, assembly, or inspection receive particular attention, so technical questions can be resolved before production begins.

02

Materials Matched to the Specification

Material grade, condition, and finishing requirements form part of our production planning. Share any certification or traceability requirements when requesting a quote so we can include the appropriate documentation in your order.

03

Inspection at Both Factories

Both of our factories have CMM inspection equipment, with ZEISS and Hexagon systems supporting dimensional verification. Measurement methods are selected around the feature, tolerance, and access needed to check your part.

04

Checks While Parts Are Being Made

Inspection during machining helps identify dimensional variation before a batch is completed. Checks focus on drawing requirements and features affected by tool wear, workholding, or changes between machining operations.

05

Documentation for Your Review

CMM reports, first article inspection reports, and material certificates can be provided according to agreed requirements. Specify the dimensions and documents you need so inspection results support your own receiving and approval process.

06

Consistency from Sample to Batch

Moving from a prototype to production requires attention to the details established in the approved part. We plan workholding, machining sequences, and inspection around those requirements to help maintain consistency across the batch.
