1. Scope
These terms govern all quotations, orders and deliveries of machined parts by BatchMach Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("we") to customers ("you"). Any differing terms apply only if confirmed in writing.
2. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on drawings, materials, tolerances and quantities provided. An order is binding once confirmed by our written order acknowledgement.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD unless agreed otherwise, EXW Dongguan by default. Payment terms are stated in the quotation; approved long-term partners may use quarterly settlement.
4. Delivery
Lead times start from drawing confirmation and receipt of payment (if applicable). We will notify you promptly of any foreseeable delay.
5. Inspection & Claims
Parts are inspected per drawing. Claims for non-conformity must be submitted with evidence within 14 days of receipt. We will rework, replace or credit non-conforming parts.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected parts. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
